Indian Institute of Technology Madras
Philge Philip holds a PhD in Molecular Biology with Bioinformatics and has several years of Industrial experience in the field of Bioinformatics. He is proficient mainly in Genomics and Epigenomics data analysis with Python, R and Perl programming. He has his Papers published in high impact journals. He has experience applying different pipelines for Next Generation Sequencing data analysis (WGS, Exome, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, Genome assembly, Metagenomics with Illumina, SOLiD, Oxford Nanopore data), microarray data analysis, Statistical studies, Machine Learning and integrating and analysing different genomic data together with database development. He is reliable, prompt and a quick learner. He likes to relax with a good movie or an excellent dinner – or best with both.
