Sanasam Ranbir Singh

Sanasam Ranbir Singh is presently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, Assam India. He obtained PhD and MTech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Madras, Chennai, India in the Year 2009 and 2002 respectively. He is leading Open Source Intelligence group at IIT Guwahati. He is presently leading a sponsored project entitled “Design and Development of Opinion Mining and Sentiment Analysis Framework for assessing Security Threat”. He has successfully executed various projects as PI/CO-PI including “Multi-Modal Broadcast Analytics – Structured Evidence Visualization for Events of Security Concern”. He has published more than 30 papers in international peer review journals and conferences. One PhD scholar has been graduated under his supervision. Currently he is supervising nine PhD students.
